1. Eligibility
  • The competition is open to all individuals.
  • Participants must be 18 years or above, or have parental consent.
  • Employees of the organizing body and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Entry Fee
  • A non-refundable entry fee of ₹99/- is required to participate.
  • Payment must be completed before uploading the decoration photo.
  • Participants must upload a valid screenshot of the payment along with the transaction ID/description.
  • Entries without valid payment proof will be rejected.
3. Photo Submission Rules
  • Photos must be original and taken by the participant.
  • Photos must showcase the participant's own Ganpati decoration.
  • Only JPG, PNG, or WebP format photos are accepted (max 5 MB).
  • Photos must not contain any inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
  • Each participant can submit only one photo entry.
  • Photos must not be digitally altered or manipulated (basic brightness/contrast adjustments are allowed).
4. Intellectual Property
  • Participants retain ownership of their photos.
  • By submitting, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive license to display, share, and promote the photo on the competition website and social media channels.
  • Participants warrant that they have all rights to the submitted photo.
5. Privacy & Data
  • Personal information (name, mobile, village) will be used solely for competition purposes.
  • Submitted photos and participant names will be displayed publicly on the competition gallery after admin approval.
  • IP addresses are recorded for fraud prevention only.
6. Likes & Voting
  • Each visitor can like a photo only once (tracked via browser cookie).
  • Likes are used for public engagement; final judging criteria may include other factors.
  • Any attempt to manipulate likes through bots or multiple devices will result in disqualification.
7. Prizes
  • First Prize: ₹5,555/-
  • Second Prize: ₹3,333/-
  • Third Prize: ₹2,222/-
  • Certificates will be given to all participants.
  • Prize distribution will be held at Ruturang Bhavan, Nashik Road.
8. Disqualification
  • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate any of these terms.
  • Use of fake payment screenshots will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
  • Plagiarized or stolen photos will be removed without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or unauthorized access.
  • Decisions made by the organizing committee are final and binding.
10. Amendments
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
